1. Terms Acceptance

By accessing or using the website of CodeZ Agency, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use our website or services.

2. Services Scope

CodeZ is a premium software agency providing custom software engineering, UI/UX architecture, API development, AI solutions integration, and responsive web systems design. The scope of any specific project will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both CodeZ and the Client.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, design, logos, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of CodeZ and is protected by international copyright laws.

Upon full payment for completed custom project deliverables, the client will receive complete ownership rights to the final custom code and assets as specified in the service agreement. CodeZ retains rights to its pre-existing libraries, general code templates, and developer tooling used during the process.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary assets, documentation, brand guidelines, and API details required for project execution in a timely manner. Delays in providing necessary feedback or assets may result in adjustment of final delivery timelines and milestones.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, schedules, and deposit requirements are detailed in specific project agreements. We generally operate on a milestone-based billing model. Deliverables will be provided after corresponding milestone payments are received. Late payments may result in halting active engineering resources.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CodeZ, its engineers, architects, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business operations, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our deliverables.

7. Term Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website or our services after updates are posted, you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
